Qualification:

1. Undergraduate/graduate
2. Experience in managing events
3. Strong communication skills - English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Proficient MS Office Skills - Excel, Powerpoint

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure excellent communication skills and working relationships with different stakeholders. Act as a main contact point to bridge communications.Develop event materials for internal stakeholder to promote activities
2. Act as a coordinator and manage the event production process between relevant stakeholders
3. Admin support to the team
4. Ad hoc duties as required
5. team work player / travelling to china will be needed
