Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee & manage on-going paid advertising campaigns on Adwords & Facebook Business manager for our key ecommerce clients incosmetic & luxury goods industry
  • Working closely with the Platform Director to ensure smooth and relevant translation from strategy to plan for performance marketing campaigns
  • Preparation and rationale of paid search & paid social campaign recommendations and quarterly review
  • Ensure budget and KPI pacing to targets across all campaigns
  • Analyze ongoing performance to identify campaign trends and key insights to ensure pro-active solutions are regularly presented to clients
  • Ensure that all reports are clean, accurate and up to date
  • Continuously recommend ideas/tactics to account lead for campaign optimization
  • Understand client business needs and align campaign execution strategy to them
  • Mentor and develop skills and capabilities of performance specialists, and enable independent thinking and decision making
  • Prepares regular case studies and best practices on campaigns that best utilized data/research products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of performance media experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Paid Search /Paid Social role
  • Strong experience and technical understanding of Performance Marketing / e-Commerce
  • Moderate experience and understanding of Display Ad is a plus
  • Highly analytical and must have experience in reporting & analysis on Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics. Should be able to demonstrate expertise in analyzing and acting on marketing data
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing custom audiences (first party and third party) across performance campaigns is a bonus
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communicator and storyteller, possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Broad client experience across a breadth of industries and categories; Understand business issues at the core
  • Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills.
  • Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once.
