Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of accounts and financial reports, including general ledger accounting entries and preparing consolidation financial statement/ accounting schedules etc;
• Prepare monthly management reports, budgeting and forecasting;
• Prepare monthly financial report package including profit and loss accounts, statement of financial positions, cash flow statements; analyze and provide commentary on the key accounts;
• Perform periodical physical stock count and variance reconciliation;
• Perform RPT reconciliation and bank reconciliation;
• Maintain proper documentation of financial record;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent fields
• HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent member with over 3-5 years audit experiences
• Audit experience is highly referred
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and able to meet tight schedules
• Experienced in ERP system implementation is an advantage
• Working experience in healthcare service industry is an advantage
