 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operation, ordering of supplies and scheduling staff
• Ensure quality of service and safe laboratory practices
• Supervise and provide training to junior laboratory staff
• Work with laboratory director on laboratory accreditation
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the laboratory senior management

Requirements:

• Part I registered Medical Laboratory Technologists with a valid Practicing Certificate
• Candidates may be required to work shifts and irregular hours as well as to perform on-call duties.
• Candidates with strong desire to succeed in laboratory management
• Ability to multitask
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a molecular laboratory
• Immediately available or available in short time will be highly preferred
• This is a full-time position
