Responsibilities :

• Perform clinical reception and administrative duties including consultation booking, patient registration, outside treatment facilities booking, patient insurance claims, etc.
• Assist doctors and nurses in consultation follow-up works, including support in surgery arrangement
• Handle cashiering duties
• Perform duties as assigned and support day-to-day operations
  

Requirements :

• HKDSE graduate, being able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and basic English
• Experience in clinical work, operation of clinical software and cashiering.
