Role & Responsibilities:

· Run an injury rehabilitation programme based on the company’s own innovative model and work with a team of insurance professionals

· Provide high standard and timely services in accordance with the agreed Business Protocols and/or any specific services standards

· Raise the profile of the company’s claims servicing – both internal and external, e.g. to attend survey and meetings, prepare and present claims analysis with clients etc.

· Proactively provide claims management services to clients independently, such as Employees’ Compensation / Personal Injury case management

· Communicate and liaise with clients, insurers, injured person(s), Government Departments, and medical professionals

· Actively follow up on all injured person(s)' rehabilitation progress regularly and update claims system to ensure no delay

· Manage client accounts on claims management side independently

· Assist in improving quality and efficiency of case management work, including workflow, claims system, rehabilitation status reports and medical panel recruitment

Job Requirements:

· Degree holder in health or para-medical areas, e.g. physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy

· At least 1 years relevant experience; experience in clinical settings is an advantage

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in speaking Putonghua is an advantage

· Good knowledge of Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, injuries management and recovery processes

· Self-motivated with good time management and prioritizing skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Good interpersonal and relationship development skills

· PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Consultant
