Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Certify each ATP batch being produced and controlled under the requirements of the Drug office and any other regulations relevant to the production, control, and release of medicinal products (PIC/S Guide to GMP);
2. Have full access to detailed knowledge of all authorizations and standards of advanced therapy products in Hong Kong;
3. Participate in quality assurance monitoring program, validation and qualification work of facilities, equipment, to ensure compliance with GMP standards;
4. Involve in document control by executing the issuance, distribution, withdrawal of document and maintain the document index database correspondingly;
5. Release finished products;

Qualification and Experience:

1. Degree holder in Pharmacy/Biological science  
2. Authorized Person for pharmaceutical manufacturers is essential
3. Authorized Person for ATPs are welcome
4. Registered Pharmacist is preferred
5. Or Bachelor degree or above in biomedical science, including cell therapy, gene therapy, or other similar disciplines; and with at least 1 year of working experience at managerial or supervisory level in GMP quality control of ATPs; 
6. Without the above experience, the students who are studying Diploma course (pharmaceutical-quality-regulation) of UCL-HKU and Pharmaceutical Development and Regulation of Advanced Therapy Products course of CUHK are encouraged 
7. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
8. Independent, hardworking, detailed minded, organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn
9. Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with different levels of staff.
