We are currently looking to recruit a Sourcing Specialist with experience for Womens.

Job Description:

• To assist in sample development, sourcing, sampling, ordering and production follow up
• Independently follow through development process (from fabric to sample) for each buying season
• Cost negotiation and follow up with vendors to ensure information to key stakeholders are provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up on critical path to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner, to ensure on time shipment
• Resolve production issues with close coordination with internal supporting teams to ensure on time delivery and quality standard
• Assist Sourcing Manager to meet business needs and to achieve KPIs
• Undertake any other duties / project work as required

Experience Require

• Poly/T.I. graduate in Fashion & Clothing, Textiles or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in apparel, preferably with a buying or sourcing office
• Strong knowledge of US market would be an advantage

• Well organised, flexible, self-initiative, positive thinking and willing to take challenge
• Detail orientated, systematic, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, good commend in written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of PLM
• Proficient in MS office, including MS Excel, (pivot tables & V look up)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels in working with
