Job responsibilities:

• Handle all purchasing activities i.e Request for Quotation, Vendor maintenance, Vendor evaluation, Vendor selection, PO creation, Negotiation etc.
• Review open orders regularly and work with 3rd party suppliers, internal factories and Distribution Center to ensure the goods deliver on time
• Revert vendor's feedback to relevant departments

Requirements:

• High-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing or Supply Chain or relevant discipline.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Responsible, committed and trustworthy individual;
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• With Oracle and SAP experience is preferable
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
