Task & responsibilities

• Assist in performing and managing the procurement process
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement plans assigned to reduce cost and improve product quality
• Monitor the delivery schedule to ensure matching with the production plan
• To support department daily operations
• To assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned 

• Diploma / Associate Degree
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
•  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•  Good communication skill, responsible, well organized and a fast learner
• Familiar with Chinese typing
• Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
