• Support factories and distribution centers in all phases of freight movement
• Ensure full set of compliant commercial documents submitted within the standards defined by vendor compliance program
• Design and manage reports to ensure stakeholders are informed of status and issues
• Handle inspection request and tradelink declaration inquiry from Hong Kong Customs
• Review calendar and on-time delivery performance with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
• Provide feedback and training to factories & DCs
• Identify issues and provide solutions / suggestions

Job Requirement

• Higher diploma or above, preferably major in Logistics related discipline
• 3-5 years’ work experience in logistics-related field, preferably in apparel sourcing office or freight forwarder
• Knowledge of trade requirements in multiple countries
• Familiarize with global shipping networks and procedures
• Strong communication skills including spoken and written English
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
