Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing and purchasing activities
• Follow up purchase orders and request quotes
• Liaise closely with suppliers for their quality of products and services as well as price negotiation / comparison
• Coordinate with all related internal and external parties
• Check the quality of the material to ensure it meets the standard
• Arrange delivery schedule
• Maintain the purchase database
• Assist in any ad hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Preferably with 2 year working experience in building material purchasing or engineering industry
• Good written and spoken in English & Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Procurement Officer
• Immediate available
