Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day stores’ operations including merchandising, selling, planning, organizing and implementing key marketing programs under the Group’s portfolio
Liaise with vendors to ensure stable supply of inventory and sourcing of suitable food / snacks / sundries / household living items and keeping up with the market trend
Monitor daily stores administration duties including POS management, inventory control, personnel, housekeeping, security and general administration
Work closely with internal departments to monitor / review / improve operational actions to drive business results
Liaise with external parties including fair co-organizers, strategic partners and vendors for the operation of pop-up stores
Maintain and refresh POP displays and promotional material posted in the stores
Stay abreast of market trends and competitors’ activities
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Sales and Marketing
5 years' solid working experience, preferably with sizable organizations.
Good connection with suppliers and possesses solid merchandising experiences with the food / snacks / sundries / household markets
Sharp business acumen in food / snacks / sundries / household markets
High school level with rich relevant work experience will also be considered
A strong team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in POS system
Willing to work on holidays
