You will be responsible for:

• reviewing requisition or contract approval requests for users;
• hosting tender briefing sessions with suppliers;
• writing up RFx documents and discuss them with Finance and Legal;
• compiling RFx assessment reports;
• brainstorming with users to come up with solutions for issues in RFx;
• providing feedback to junior team members on their works;
• attending internal meetings to generate ideas for process improvement.
  

You should:

• possess a recognised university degree in purchasing and supply chain management / quantity surveying / business management or equivalent. 
• have preferably a professional membership of relevant institution.
• have around 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably 3 years at supervisory capacity gained from sizable organisations.
• be proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
