Your new role

• Design, develop, execute and lead testing in accordance with the Independent Monitoring, Testing, and Validation Policy Enterprise Testing Control Testing and Issue Validation Procedures
• Provide credible challenge and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls
• Report findings and provide recommendations to Lines of Business and management
• Perform independent testing and worked with international business groups and APAC region offices
• Perform issue validation work to provide independent assessment of corrective actions taken to address regulatory compliance issues
• Assist in handling T&V Quality Assurance and Audit Services' reviews

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compliance, Audit and Testing within banking and financial services industry
• At least 3 years of direct experience in Financial Crimes
• Degree holder in Business Administration including Accounting, Finance, law or related disciplines
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent certification would be a plus
• Solid knowledge on KYC/CDD, Sanctions screening, fraud, and suspicious activity reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
