• Prepare ad-hoc, weekly, monthly finance related reports as required
• Prepare partners financial performance statistics on regular basis or on requests
• Support any profitability analysis as required
• Prepare consolidated cashflow forecast position
• Review monthly reports on controls and compliance, identify irregularities
• Management of Client Monies
• Support any controls and compliances tasks as required.
• Handle ad-hoc finance related queries
• Handle ad-hoc requests from Partners and Finance Manager
• Back up and provide support to other Finance team members when required

• Degree holder in Accounting with recognised accounting qualification
• At least 5 years experience in managing full set of accounting in law firms or accounting firms/ commercial sectors
• Self-initiative individual with a strong sense of commitment to work both independently and as part of a team
• Independent and able to work under pressure are essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency English is highly recommended 
• Strong Excel skill and international law firms experience would be preferred
