• Assist in handling company secretarial duties of listed companies, including preparation of announcement, circular, annual/interim report
• Responsible for annual return and related matters for the subsidiary private companies
• Overseeing the compliance of Main Board Listing Rules (including notifiable transactions and connected transactions), related laws and regulations; and maintaining good corporate governance practice
• Preparing Board / Board Committees papers, Report of Directors and Corporate Governance Report, minutes / resolutions, annual / interim reports / ESG report, announcements, circulars, etc
• Handle statutory/regulatory compliance, filings and maintaining proper record

• Degree in Corporate Governance or equivalent with member of HKCGI
• Minimum 5 years' experience in company secretarial field; experience in listed companies is highly preferred

• Solid knowledge in the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, and other compliance regulations

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing and CSA program
• Independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be also considered as Company Secretarial Manager
