Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media and LinkedIn
• Create and participate in end-to-end candidate interview processes to ensure a positive experience
• Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program
• Manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and use your creativity to effectively position our brand to attract talents.

Requirements

• Study in Business Administrative, preferably in human resources management. Other discipline such as Arts/ Humanities/ Social Science or related subjects are also welcome
• Strong observation, communication and written skills
• High level of openness and curiosity to learn and adapt
• Interested in social media management (for job and brand advertising)
