Department of Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Teach subjects in Building Services Engineering and/or Construction Management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels;
• Prepare teaching materials, provide guidance and supervision to students, participate in departmental meetings, and provide support to departmental academic and administrative activities;
• Conduct research that leads to publications in refereed reputable journals;
• Organize and engage in scholarly activities; 
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Heads of Departments or their delegates

Skills and Qualifications:

• a PhD degree and/or recognized professional qualification in Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or relevant disciplines;
• Good knowledge of local higher educational environment;
• Good publications record to show research capability;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; 
• Good networks in both academic and the profession at regional and international levels
