Responsibilities:

• To oversee property maintenance, office renovation and repairs works
• To liaise with tenants in all matters related to property management
• To ensure all building related rules and regulations are met
• To identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions and implementation of such actions
• To supervise the security team to carry out and enhance overall safety and security duties.
• To arrange security guards’ roster and recruitment.
• To participate in any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property/Estate Management or related disciplines
• 3-5 years or above experience in Property Management or Security industry,
  
• Experience in office renovation and maintenance
• Independent, good communication skills and with initiative
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less qualification and experience may be considered as Assistant Property Officer
