Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with landlords, property agents and internal departments for new shop opening projects and tenancies renewals
- Provide leasing and tenancy related support in relation to a portfolio of properties including attend property viewing with agents and/or potential tenants, renew tenancies, takeover and handover of premises, perform fit-out and maintenance work
- Manage property administration work including preparing/reviewing tenancy agreements and related documents, arranging rental payment, preparing budget & monthly reports and outgoing correspondence
- Conduct market research and data analysis
- Build and maintain good relationship with external parties including landlords, existing and potential tenants, management offices, agents
- Coordinate with property management and project management teams for asset enhancement, maintenance, renovation and repairment work
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent qualification in property-related discipline with 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in retail industry is definitely an advantage
- Estate Agent's Licence required
- Sound negotiation and interpersonal skills, independent, well-organized and with detail-minded
- Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters and related documentations
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong’s leasing practice, tenancy law, related ordinances and regulations
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin
