Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operation, monitoring the performance of vendors, maintaining tenant and customer services in quality standard and identifying areas for improvement
• Supervise the customer services attendants and cashiers as well as handle the daily manpower arrangement
• Administer tenancy issues and maintain excellent relations with tenants
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute the promotional programmes and support in marketing activities
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the store

Requirements:

• Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality / Business Studies or related disciplines

• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in hospitality or retail industry, with 1 year of supervisory; Experience gained in shopping mall will be an advantage
• Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
• Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Working on duty roster during weekends, statutory and general holidays is required
