Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the administration and support services are delivered in compliance with client’s policies and procedures
• Handle daily operation including maintenance, reception and others facility management
• Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints
• Assist in managing team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
• Coordinate with other stakeholders about facility management 
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Fluent Cantonese and able to communicate in English
• At least 1 year relevant facility management working experience
• Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work in shifts
