Job Description
Our Property Development Department is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position.
The Property Development Department commits to provide development management and project management services within the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to coordinate, monitor, supervise and work in conjunction with other team members in completing the work with high quality and within the planning schedule
- Be responsible for management and supervision of construction works and associated sub-contracts coordination, in particular on their performance on work progress, planning of site activities, management of sub-contractors, logistic, safety and health, environment control, workmanship and quality, etc
- Develop, manage and monitor project plans including project programme, project organization chart, scope statement, constraints, assumptions, major milestones, schedule, resources requirements, procurement plans, risks management
- Monitor and control development and project costs within the approved budget
Requirements
- Degree in architecture, building surveying, construction management or building
- Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in project management and construction management; working experience with developers is advantage
- Concept and knowledge of project management software tools such as AutoCAD, Building Information Management (BIM), MS Project and PowerPoint would be preferable
- Conversant with local government regulations particularly in building control
- Independent, strong problem solving and analytical ability, self-motivated and a team player
- Good presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, willing to learn and work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
