Job Description
- Support day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning, security, landscaping, minor repair and maintenance works
- Assist to supervise the on-site frontline staff to ensure the quality of service delivered to the service users
- Co-ordinate and supervise the performance of the service contractors
- Handle service user enquires, requests, complaints and emergency incidents
- Perform general administration duties such as preparation of contract renewal, reports, inventory record, letter, notice and handling of payments
- Assist in general procurement and tender procedure
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- Experience in managing residential building is an advantage
- Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
- Possess good supervisory skill, interpersonal and communication skill
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong in report writing
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
