Job Description
The successful candidate will act as Deputy Head of technical team in overseeing daily E&M operation, maintenance, alteration and improvement projects in the prestigious shopping mall in PRC. Major responsibilities include project planning, execution and monitoring, tendering and contractor management, quality and budgetary control, review and comment on engineering proposals, liaison and collaboration with different parties as well as ensuring compliance with PRC statutory requirements.
Candidate should be a degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related discipline and possess membership of professional body (e.g. HKIE/CIBSE/HKIS/RICS) with at least 10 years relevant experience, of which 5 years at managerial / supervisory level. Experience gained in PRC commercial complex or property management company is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of PRC legislations/practices, strong problem solving and project management skills, be resourceful with excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
