Job Description
職責:
- 負責統籌大廈日常保養維修工作及處理緊急維修
- 負責編排工作及監督維修技工、承辦商的工作表現
- 監察樓宇管理及消防系統(BMS、FS)、定期檢查各項設備裝置以確保正常操作
- 定期進行安全巡察以確保符合公司要求及安全標準
工作要求:
- 持有屋宇裝備工程/電機工程/機械工程證書或文憑
- 五年或以上相關經驗及督導經驗
- 持有效電工 B牌/ H牌
- 持1、2類駕駛執照，具中型貨車駕駛執照者可獲優先考慮
- 具備良好人際關係及溝通技巧
- 良好中英文及電腦應用
- 五天工作、需輪班當值及穿著制服
