• Responsible for project administration, cost control and budgeting, preparation of tender and contract documents, payment and variations assessment, and handling contractual claims
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors for project implementation

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines with Chartered membership of RICS/HKIS
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, experience in cousulting firm or developer side is highly preferred
• Experience in quantity surveying practice, particularly tender documentation, contract management, estimation, cost planning and control, preferably with local experience in large scale residential and commercial projects will be an advantage
• Good understanding of current construction industry and property market
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in general computer application
• Immediately available is highly preferred
