Job Duties:

•  Provide support and supervise all daily repair and maintenance works
•  Attend I.O. Meeting and/or Annual General Meeting
•  Manage technicians and contractors for technical issues
•  Handle payment certification and procurement works
•  Experience in preparing tender document and sealed quotation for maintenance & repair work is preferred

Requirements:

•     1-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in residential estate   
•     Certificate / Higher Diploma in Building Services or related disciplines
•     Holder of Registered Electrical Worker A or above and valid safety card
•     Familiar with related ordinances and professional maintenance practices
•     Good PC skills in MS Words、Excel & Chinese Word Processing
•     Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical  Officer
