Job Description
Our client is a Hong Kong listed company and a leading skin-care and beauty group. The Group has exclusive distribution rights for several international renowned skin-care brands. Besides, the Group also owns a premium skincare brand. In addition to its retail operations, they also provide spa, beauty and medical dermatology services. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a high-calibre candidate to join them.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal, Sub-contractors, consultants, designers and team members about construction details and all site matters to achieve high quality standard and effectiveness
- To solve any problems may encounter throughout the whole project period
- Plan, lead and coordinate shop and office renovation projects to keep pace with Company development
- To accomplish projects within budget and deadline.
- Manage shop and office maintenance regularly
Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma holder in Building Studies or equivalent
- At least 4 years experience in project management and site supervision, retail industry a plus
- Knowledge of interior fitting out works and drawings, E & M work and procedure
