Job Description
- Responsible for site works planning and organizing
- Ensure quality of work, safety and timely completion of projects in a cost-effective manner
- Manage and supervise sub-contractors
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for progress of works
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contractors field
- Good leadership, site management and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Professional membership such as ICE, HKIE is preferred (For managerial level
