• Greet customer and divert them to the appropriate parties, act as a coordinator between End-Users / Franchises & Retailers for the repair of watches, ensure proper communications and requests being dealt with
• Run the operation at the Reception / B2B with a clean and tidy environment, as well as providing a pleasant ambience to the customers
• Provide first level technical support, price and availability checking for accessory to walk-in customer
• Issued the invoice after serviced watches and settle payment
• Assist on parcel/shipment schedule for the transfer of watches to corporate boutique by selected vendor
• Handle customer complaints in the first level, and communicate or escalate the case to Supervisor or Customer Care Manager for any critical issue or any aspect

• Post-secondary or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service field
• Experience in Face-to-face customer service center is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
