Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Process customer requests fast and efficiently.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through problems to solutions.
• Responsible for customer retention and relationship building with customers.
• Assess customers’ needs and collaborate with other counterpart to provide quality service.
• Closely work with Operations, Sales and other counterpart for service enhancement.
• Assist in ad-hoc project when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year working experience in customer services;
• Proactive, customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Good communication in both written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive
