Job Description

(5-days per week for 6 months, potential to convert to fulltime)  

Hours of work:  Office hours are from 09:30 to 18:30 Monday to Friday.

However, it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary

JOB SUMMARY:
Quintessentially are looking for an independent, organised and proactive individual to look after and lead the management of Quintessentially’s Agency business, QX, as a 6-month maternity cover.
The role is responsible for overall management of the business, focusing on team management, business development, and client relationship management as well as ensuring the team’s project execution levels are of the highest standard, delivered on time and to budget.
The work of QX covers a multitude of services: concierge & partnership benefit programs, content, marketing and events. The work is fast-paced and dynamic.
With minimum 8 years of relevant experience; ideally with MNCs or sizeable international organizations. Candidates may come from marketing/advertising agencies, brand management, credit card rewards programs, concierge service providers, restaurant groups or luxury brands. Prior experience working within senior client management, rewards, partnerships or loyalty environment is crucial.
Key Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):
Team Management:      
  • Lead, inspire, support, train and mentor the team
  • Assess and direct team in response to briefs
  • Resource and manage a busy project calendar
  • Maintain staff morale and company culture
  • Work with Global team to communicate updates and share learnings within local team
Client Relationships & Account Management:
  • Oversee all corporate client relationships
  • Ensure client briefs are being serviced excellently and to client expectations
  • Attend weekly & monthly client meetings and account status updates
  • Manage the client contract renewal process, including commercial proposals, across all corporate accounts
  • Ensure exceptional ideation and delivery across all levels & projects
  • Overall responsibility for client delivery – ensuring account leads are delivering to budget & supporting them to do so as needed
Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business relationships and opportunities
  • Oversee & manage the preparation of strategic and creative pitches & proposals and respond to new business briefs
Marketing & Partnerships:
  • Oversee & drive the development of all marketing collateral
  • Proof read both client & internal communications
  • Oversee & manage the appointed SEO agency
  • Drive team to procure appropriate partnerships and benefits for corporate client programs and private members
Events:
  • Oversee event budgets to ensure they are delivered on target to meet client expectation and company profit margin
  • Ensure the very best suppliers have been sourced and are engaged at best possible preferential rates
  • Ensure smooth project management and delivery
  • Ensure best practices are shared across teams Globally
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Cantonese & Mandarin is nice-to-have but not necessary.
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills, strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Outstanding client and account management, experienced in handling and developing strong relationships with senior clients and high-net worth individuals
  • Track record of delivering of exceptional projects, campaigns and strategies
  • Ability to shape & manage large-scale client budgets
  • Strong commercial acumen
