Job Description
Job Summary
Assists superiors to oversee the operations of Sales & Marketing Team and leads the Team to conduct marketing strategies and plans for sale of residential & commercial properties in Hong Kong. Ensures the operations and practices of the Marketing Team to achieve business objectives and in compliance with legal requirements. Proposes to superiors for the development and enhancement of marketing strategies, activities and plans.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assists superiors to oversee the operations and practices of Hong Kong Marketing Team to achieve business objectives and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assists superiors for the sales of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on property market and prepare sales and budget report.
- Assist in formulating marketing strategies, activities and plans for business development and enhancement.
- Preparation and production of marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office and sales brochure.
- Proposes advice to superiors in relations to sale matters of relevant properties.
You will interact with various Departments internally; Represents the Company to negotiate and deal with customers, real estate agencies and relevant government & statutory bodies

- Field Specialist and Seek Opportunities - Proposes to superiors for the development and enhancement of marketing strategies, activities and plans. The performance of the Marketing Team directly affects the revenue of the Company.

- Business Expertise - Has comprehensive understanding of the market, legal requirements and competitors’ practices.
- Problem Solving - Uses own expertise and knowledge to identify and solve problems subject to departmental policies, procedures, practices and legal requirements.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 10 years of relevant working experience, with solid experience gained from leading property developers is highly preferred
- Holder of Estate Agent’s License (Individual) is required Business acumen and strong analytical skills
- Strong project management, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated, proactive and flexible
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
