Job Responsibilities:

• Look after Versace and Versace Jeans Couture franchisee and wholesale accounts;
• Lead strategic development and business roadmap with partners and clients to ensure all retail principles, store layouts, new store opening, the recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the priciple brand standards;
• Drive business discussions with partners and clients including and not limited to OTB / business planning, business performance review, business development opportunities
• Diversify partners’ and client’s business portfolio based on market potential via Versace Mainline, Versace Young, and Home collections;
• Directly engage in the collection sales process including budgeting, collection presentation, assortmentn planning / review, SWOT and product feedback;
• Support partners’ and clients’ in-season activities in tendem with internal stakeholders including business / KPI tracker, brand / product training, VM guidance, CRM outreach, marketing plan development, store operation support;
• Risk manage payment and shipment status with HQ customer service team;
• Provide coaching and clear career development plan for his / her team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communcations, Fashion Retail, Marketing or related field;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury, premium or affordable luxury industry, plus minimum 3 years of managerial experience;
• Exhibited strategic perspective and business acumen in analysis;
• Solid experience in merchandising and merchandise planning;
• Solid track record in achieving financial results and growing a business;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables and so forth;
• Great understanding and execution of customer service;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to travel for business trip frequently.
