We are looking for an an experienced Senior Accountant and Analyst to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

The role requires that the person be extremely well versed in data analysis and manipulation, through Microsoft Excel and/or other similar tools. Interaction with the various parts of our organisation will be important to ensure a successful outcome for this new role.

Job Description: 

1. Overall responsibility for monitoring accounting functions including general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, inventory and other records
2. Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports 
3. Data analysis and manipulation, through Microsoft Excel and/or other similar tools
4. Client segmentation and sales analysis
5. Perform and oversee annual audits for the Group and related companies
6. Maintain relationships with outsourced providers
7. Manage the Accounts Clerk and report to Accounts Manager
8. Daily operations including but not limited to invoicing, data input, scanning and filing in Netsuite (ERP)
9. Office administration including office equipment/ utilities, licenses, companies secretarial liaison
10. Completing documentation required by the sales team for account openings
11. Completing ad-hoc tasks and support other colleagues including but not limited to the Accounting Department

 Qualifications:

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting or related desciplines
• At lease 5 years of relevant experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly to meet changing needs
• Detail-oriented, positive working attitude and a good team payer
• Mature person with self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office with solid excel worksheet skills
• Knowledge in general databases and NETSUITE is a definite advantage
