Support for handling administration work for business from consultancy, platform business and other distributors

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administration duties including data input, filing and other service request
• Process transaction and handle enquiries including new business pending and post sales follow-up from consultant, platform business and other distributors
• Update Operational Procedure Manual for related processes.
• Update reports for reviewing the service quantity and quality provided.
• Responsible for documentary flow including Renewals, new Business and Claims.
• Assist in preparation of monthly operations reports for management purposes
• Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company
• Complete other administrative duties as required including handling mail, etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or with equivalent experience
• Minimum 2  years’ of relevant experience in financial institutions
• 1 years or up experience in General Insurances industry, with experience in insurer/agents/brokers are preferable.
• Basic knowledge of various general insurance products and strong common sense
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and strong sense of responsibility
• Relevant IFA/insurance company working experience is a definite plus
• Fast learner and be able to cope with rapid changes and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
