Job Description
Responsibilities:
- GSE planner issues quotation and invoice.
- Maintenance, annual service and corrective maintenance arrangement with customer and service delivery department.
- Preventive maintenance, annual service and corrective maintenance arrangement
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to customer
- Follow up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently
- Issues quotation and invoice
- Providing professional advice equipment maintenance and other technical services
- HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
- With minimum 1-year working experience, preferably in the service industry
- Knowledge of PC
- Good command in English and Cantonese
