• Handle daily CS operation, such as quotations, order arrangements, invoicing and after-sales services;
• Follow-up customers enquiries and handle complaints to maintain customers satisfaction;
• Assist in sales leads follow-up to close the deal and meet the target;
• Participate in marketing and promotional events;
• Complete related paper works and reports timely;
• Various ad-hoc duties as needed.

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in sales/customer services, less experience will also be considered as Assistant;
• Excellent telephone manner with good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
• Attention to details and able to work indecently;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
