Your new role
Your key initiatives will be to take the lead sales strategy, distribution and partnership management. You will ensure my clients' portfolio remains competitive within the market and their strategy is fully implemented. As a team manager, you lead a sizable team of distribution managers to increase overall revenues within the channel.

What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess an expertise within bancassurance, distribution and management. You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience gained within the insurance or banking sector. Native-Level Cantonese is required for this position.
