Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle company's inbound calls to handle customer's enquiries and collect feedback
- Schedule beauty and medical treatment booking for the members through internal booking system
- Arrange home delivery for beauty and health product sales ordering
- Outbound calls to promote seasonal offer on beauty & medical treatment products
- Ad-hoc task / projects as required
Requirements:
- Secondary level or above
- At least 1 year's customer service experience in Hotline / Call Centre operation, beauty industry is highly preferable (fresh graduate is also welcome)
- Good interpersonal, motivated, selling, organized and problem-solving skills
- Good in English and Chinese typing
