Job functions:

• Provide quality services and professional product knowledge to e-Commerce customers (B2C, B2B), as to create high customer online satisfaction and experience 
• Develop sales strategies, FAQ, product content marketing to drive sales conversions and meet KPIs
• Keep fast response to customer enquiries, complaints, quotations, order status and after-sales services on digital platforms in professional manner
• Work closely with internal teams to manage order processing cycle, make quotations, and resolve customer issues
• Develop and improve customer online journey in an efficient way, and perform online projects
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or above in Business Management, Marketing, Digital Communications, or related disciplines  
• 2-3 years’ solid experience in Account / Sales services or Customer Services duties
• Experience in Online Business / E-commerce related is preferable
• Work experience in the printing industry is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, and fair in Mandarin
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Good team player, self-motivated, good analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
