Working Hours:

• 8am to 5pm / 12noon to 9pm on Mondays to Sundays
  
• 5-day work week, shift duty required
• Bank holiday

The job:

• Deal with customers directly for all operational matters via phone and email in an efficient and professional manner independently.
• Assist to plan and monitor operation procedures.
• Keep track of front line performance.
• Report problems and potential crisis to Manager and follow up.
• Manage and update operation routes information and client database in the system when required.
• Prepare reports under guidelines for Management review.
• Preform ad-hoc task as assigned.

The person:

• Diploma or above in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines.
• 2 years’ experience in customer service-related field.
• Good command of written English.
• Proficient in MS Office & capable to learn new in-house operation control system.
• Good telephone manner with effective problem-solving and communication skill.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing demands and priorities.
• Be patient, proactive with positive mindset, willing to learn and can work as a team.
• Familiar with HK traffic situation and driving experience will have definite advantage.
