Duties:
• Handle call in, walk in and online enquiries provided by marketing team;
• Provide professional consultation to prospective customers, such as understanding of their needs, offering learning advice and introducing course information;
• Assist promotion activities such as exhibitions and fairs to handle enquiries;
• Provide student follow up service, such as working with a dedicated service team to follow up on students’ progress and understanding their needs to offer learning support.

Requirements:
• Consultant or Education experience (high end retail/ fitness/ beauty) is an advantage;
• F. 6 or above with 1-year sales experience;
• Fluent in Cantonese and fair in English and Mandarin.
