Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the National Sales Director in developing and driving the national field sales strategy for Hong Kong, based on company Global and Regional business strategy and market trends.
- Create an annual sales plan and budget for the country field sales team that meets the budgeted growth in sales and profitability
- Gather, consolidate, analyze and report on sales performance, to ensure realization of national sales plan and budget
- Drive behavior towards strategic engagement and value creation for company accounts and strategic targets as well as drive pipeline size and quality
- Manage the standard process for each sales channel as outlined and communicated by the regional sales strategy
- Create a positive work culture of the Field Sales Team
- Steer, develop and motivate a team of Field Sales Managers for individual and company objectives
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Min. 10 years industry experience (Logistics and/or Freight Management) with at least 5 years’ experience in team management
- Strong sales or business development background in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Warehousing
- Sales management background with excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills, consultative selling, customer psychology and purchasing patterns
- Preferably worked on a global market
- Training and education delivery experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills and Project Management skills
- Strong confidence and competencies in building executive level relationships;
- PC literate with good standard for Excel, Power point, Word
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
