As a Customer Satisfaction Executive, you play an important role in student satisfaction and retention to generate loyal customers. You are also responsible for strengthening the bond between WSE and our students.

Duties:

• Support a Center Director to achieve the Company objectives and targets;
• Maintain contact with our students to obtain their feedback regarding our courses and service quality;
• Assist our students in resolving issues and complaints concerning our courses or services;
• Build and establish good work relationship with students to facilitate increased revenue;
• Monitor contract details to notify students of pending expiration and help process renewal;
• Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness of our courses.

Requirements:

• F. 6 or above with 1-year sales/CS experience;
• Fluent in Cantonese and fair in English, Mandarin is a plus;
• Education and Retail experience is an advantage;
• Full of enthusiasm for the education industry;
• Candidates with more experience would be considered for a Senior Customer Satisfaction Executive.
