Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media platforms
  • Ensure customer feedback are effectively and efficiently resolved with courtesy
  • Fulfill daily operational tasks and documentation in accordance with Key Performance Index.
  • Attractive basic salary with performance bonus

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Excellent customer service attitude, Customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Hard-working, punctual, willing to work in under pressure
  • Well-organized, Independent and Self-initiated

 REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services, e-commerce experience will be added advantage
  • Native in Cantonese, Good Command of English and Mandarin
  • Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner
  • Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.)
  • May require working on Public Holiday, weekends to meet the requirement of concerning project
  • 5.5 days work in a week
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
