Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Corporate Sales Team in all kind of coordination and sales support activities
- Perform sales administrative duties, regarding sales quotations, invoices, and related documents, photocopying, scanning and filing
- Assist in POS, stock taking/ balancing and day end reporting
- Arrange documents and coordinate with finance/ accounting team
- Assist in delivering coupons and credit card payments
- Handle sales hotline calls and enquiries
- Assist in sales booths/ roadshows including set up, stock taking, payment, packing, etc.
Requirements:
- HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
- Experience in office work and sales support/ handling
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese processing
- Attention to details and well-organized
