Major Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve and solidify business relationships with the assigned key customers and their vendors 
• Understand customer’s needs and new business potentials and suggest corresponding solutions
• Collaborate with Operations and Solutions teams to introduce solutions to the assigned key customers , including but not limited to Distribution Center Services, Transportation Management, Omni Services and Freight Management
• Monitor and manage KPI performance reviews with assigned key customers regularly; coordinate with other LF Logistics countries when required
• Manage RFQs and work closely with Operations and Solutions teams to ensure progress on track

Required Qualifications:

• Degree holder
• 5 years’ solid experience in key account management in contract logistics
• Keen to grab integrated commercial knowledge in distribution center services, transportation, freight forwarding and Omni services
• Good in numbers and confident in customer facing
• Proven track record in negotiation and able to balance customer expectations and company requirements
• Good problem solver with positive attitude and team work approach at all time
• Candidate with less experience could be considered as Senior Supervisor
